With High Efficiency over 80% plus at 20%, 50% & 100% Load it got certificate of 80Plus organisation and is accordimg to Energy Star 4.0 requirements. The Windmill 80+ 400 is even certified for 80Plus BRONZE with Efficiency over 82% plus at 20% & 100%, over 85% at 50% Load. It got a very powerful thermal controlled 12cm fan. Because of the low speed fan and and the well known high HEC-quality this psu is able to work perfect and silent at high load.
